COMPETITIVE CLASSES
Gymnastics is a very complex sport and boys interested in competitions train for many hours to build up the strength and confidence to undertake the skills required.
Boys train between 4 to 12 hours a week in very small classes. As they progress through the ten levels under the Australian Program they will train both before and after school. Weekend classes are compulsory.
They boys wear a specific uniform for both training and competitions, boys are
part of a team and will be required to take part in all competitions for that season (June to October). Interstate and overseas competitions may start once the boys reach National Level 3.
